We charge 8.8% including GST and a let fee of one week’s rent plus GST for all new tenancies.

We will be committed to your property and deliver professional management of your property. You will have a dedicated portfolio manager for your property and one point of direct contact so that you never hear anything second hand, the person reporting to you is the person that found the tenant and the person to who inspects the property.
Our fee will be transparent and you will never be charged a fee over and above our standard fee unless otherwise agreed prior.

A. Yes. We deal only with properties within a 10km radius of the Brisbane CBD, we will also assess the property prior to accepting management to ensure it qualifies for our management services.
A. Yes, the reason we charge the flat fee of 8% is an important one. It maintains a level of simplicity and clarity in that you know exactly what you will be charged for our services. The reason we don’t offer a discount is because every property demands the same level of work and we dedicate ourselves to providing the same high level of service for each property in our rent roll.
